Baton Rouge ranks high in best cities for jobs list
Tuesday, April 21st, 20094 Louisiana cities ranked in the top 30 in Forbes magazine list among the 30 best places in the US for employment. Baton Rouge finished 27th, while 3 other cities ranked slightly higher. The report was based on data from the Bureau of Labor. Also interesting to note was that Baton Rouge education related jobs was up 21%!
It appears many college cities topped the list. I for one am thankful to be in Baton Rouge during this time of economic turmoil.
